2. Payment Processing
All payments made through Unnascan are processed through our secure payment system.
A flat processing fee of Kshs 2 applies to each transaction and is included in the total amount payable.
During phone number registration and QR code creation, Unnascan will initiate a KShs 1 M-Pesa STK Push to verify ownership of the mobile number.
3. Safaricom Reversal Policy
In the event of overpayments or erroneous transactions, reversals shall be handled according to Safaricom’s official reversal procedures.
Unnascan shall not be held responsible for delays, disputes, failed reversals, or outcomes arising from Safaricom’s reversal process.
4. User Acceptance and Eligibility
Installation and continued use of the application is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Even if you initially use the application as a client, your acceptance of these terms also applies to any merchant features you may use in the future.
By tapping “I Agree”, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms fully.

- Phone numbers (payer and recipient)
- Transaction details including amounts, reference numbers, and timestamps
- Account identifiers such as AccountRef
- Device and usage information for security and analytics purposes

- Process and verify payments
- Facilitate transactions through mobile money services such as M-Pesa
- Prevent fraud and unauthorized activity
- Improve system functionality and user experience
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
7. Sharing of Information
We may share your information with payment providers such as Safaricom (M-Pesa), regulators where required by law, and trusted service providers. We do not sell your personal data.
8. Data Security
- Secure servers and encrypted connections (HTTPS)
- Access controls and authentication
- Monitoring and logging of system access
9. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

12. Indemnity

13. Amendments
Unnascan reserves the right to update or modify these Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revisions.
